Reig Jofre is considering taking control of the Catalan company Leanbio in its effort to vertically integrate into the production of biotechnology products
The company currently holds a 24% stake in Leanbio and has expressed its willingness to acquire a majority stake to consolidate it within Reig Jofre’s scope of operations.
