Ficsa, the real estate division of Libertas 7, has six residential developments underway that will add up to a total of 286 homes in the Valencian Community, with deliveries planned in stages until 2028. Looking ahead to 2026, it expects to maintain a similar level of homes to that marketed in 2025, while in the following two years, it expects to double the number of properties available for sale.
