Matthias Born has been head of equities at Berenburg since 2017 and head of investments since 2019. He is responsible for the investment platform in wealth and asset management and is lead manager on the Berenberg European Focus and Eurozone Focus funds. He began his career in 2001 at Allianz Global Investors, where he managed European small-cap, European growth and German equity portfolios from 2002 to 2017.
