Clínica Baviera has appointed Luis Grávalos Soria as the group’s new CEO, effective immediately, in a decision approved by the board of directors. Grávalos will not serve on the board and succeeds Eduardo Baviera as CEO.
Grávalos has over 16 years of experience with the company, where he has led key markets such as Germany and, more recently, the United Kingdom following the acquisition of the business there. His international experience is one of the factors supporting his appointment.
This change is part of the company’s strategy to drive a new phase of growth, maintaining its management model and reinforcing its professional and international approach. Eduardo Baviera will continue as vice chairman of the board, retaining executive responsibilities in strategy and medical management.
